EDM Partners is equipped to satisfy all of your Utah land surveying needs. Our qualified and professional surveyors are available to complete any type of land surveying task.

Property Boundary Survey

Property boundary surveys are prepared for landowners to identify the location of their property line on the ground. They are typically prepared prior to installing a fence or to resolve a boundary dispute with a neighbor.

ALTA / NSPS Land Title Survey

We can complete an ALTA/NSPS Land Title Survey which is typically required for commercial real estate transactions and is prepared to meet the specific requirements of the National Society of Professional Surveyors.

Flood Elevation Certificates

Flood Elevations Certificates are prepared for FEMA to identify the elevation of your home or structure and its relationship to the floodplain mapped by FEMA. These certificates are provided to insurance and mortgage companies to reduce the need for flood insurance.

Topographical Survey / Land Mapping

Topographical surveys map the existing features on the ground. This land mapping is typically conducted in advance of a new construction project, including new construction, remodeling, and landscaping. It is common for a topographical survey to be combined with a boundary survey.

Construction Survey

Construction survey is used to translate the design information shown on a set of construction plans onto the ground. These survey stakes could show the location of buildings, utilities, roadway improvements, or anything else shown on the plans.
