Seth has more than 20 years of experience in civil engineering and water resource projects. His experience includes infrastructure master-planning, design of hydraulic and civil engineering facilities (including pump stations, tanks, water lines, sewer systems, and wastewater lift stations), construction administration, and observation. Seth is also familiar with a wide range of computer software and has experience in multi-disciplinary projects.
Seth also has extensive experience in irrigation and secondary water systems including design, construction, operation, and maintenance of several systems.
